Really good Stay!

On arrival, I got a room upgrade!!! It also included a complimentary bottle of sparkling. The gym has great equipment, perfect for any workout. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! The variety of food and drinks available was excellent.
The pool was somewhat underwhelming. the hotel stay was nice overall.

The room cleaning was not up to par. I noticed a discarded item near the bed. The club lounge felt chaotic and noisy, certainly not the relaxing atmosphere one expects. Staff service in the bars was also noticeably slow and inaccurate.

The breakfast buffet included a wide selection of options (especially the pastries). The hotel also had a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and several weight machines. My room was on a high floorwith great city views. The room included a separate shower and tub. Housekeeping provided fresh towels daily. The room had a minibar stocked with drinks and snacks. The hotel provided complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel. The concierge service was helpful in arranging transportation. The front desk staff offered quick check-in and check-out service.
The in-room coffee machine was a bit complicated to use.
